Pattern tokens
YYYY and YY for the year, MM and M for the month, DD and D for the day.
HH, H, mm, m and ss for the clock, with a 24 hour cycle.
EEE, EE and E for the weekday, MMM and MMMM for the month name.
DDD for the day of the year, WW for the ISO week, ZZ for the UTC offset.
