Steps

Line format
Each line looks like 08:30-17:00 45: a start time, an end time and break minutes.
Times may be in 24 hour format and shifts may cross midnight.
Minutes are totalled exactly and converted to a decimal for payroll.
An optional hourly rate turns the total into gross pay.
